NCDC has released new videos highlighting what fundraisers in different ministries and job positions can learn at the NCDC Conference. The first two cartoon videos released tell the story of Mateo, a director of Hispanic ministry, and Beth, a major gifts officer. More videos will be released over the course of the summer. We encourage you to check them out and share them with a colleague!

Read below on how NCDC members are also using video in their fundraising.

NEWS FROM OUR MEMBERS

A number of NCDC members have been using video in various ways to connect with supporters.

Our Lady of Victory Homes of Charity used a Facebook video to introduce supporters to their major gifts officer, Cronan Long. The video highlights Cronan’s role at OLV and how he connects OLV with its donors.

St. Joseph’s Indian School posted a video of their students thanking donors for their support.

Support Our Aging Religious (SOAR!) shared a video of Sr. M Timothy making rosaries that are available to purchase through the Pauline book and media center.

Has your organization used video to support your development efforts? Let us know what you did and how it worked! Email newswire@ncdc.org.
