NOTES FROM THE OFFICE
NCDC Congratulates Member on Becoming a New Certified Fund Raising Executive!
Becoming a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) signals commitment, competence, and credibility. To become a CFRE, fundraising professionals must document their professional performance, education, and professional practice as well as pass the CFRE exam.
We are proud to recognize Renee Brueckner, CFRE of the Association of the Miraculous Medal (Perryville, MO) for her accomplishment of becoming a CFRE during the second CFRE testing window of 2018.
We congratulate her on this career-defining achievement and for committing to uphold the highest standards in our profession.
Whether your application for initial certification is already complete and just needs to be submitted, or you need to login to your application and add your most recent continuing education, professional experience, or professional practice accomplishments – plan to complete it by the upcoming deadline.
If you plan on taking the CFRE exam, let them know you are a member of NCDC so they notify us when you pass! If you already are a CFRE, be sure to include it in your NCDC profile!
NCDC members may now submit their examples of good fundraising practice for entry into the 2018 Lumen Awards. The deadline for entry is Friday, July 20.
This year’s Lumen Awards have had dozens of new categories added, including: acknowledgments, donor recognition, special events, website, social media campaigns, and more.
We want to see what you, the Catholic fundraising community, are doing and let it shine before all!
