Do You Know What Energizes You?

In a blog written in February 2015, Dominick Quartuccio writes about personal energy. He states that personal energy is experienced in four dimensions: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. In his blog he goes on to describe, in more detail, how each of these facets of the human experience impacts our personal energy.

In talking about the physical, Quartuccio addresses issues that most of us could probably identify with: diet, sleep and exercise. However, his emphasis is on “renewal.” In his comments regarding the emotional dimension, he poses this question, “How differently do we behave at work from how we behave at home?” When considering the mental dimension, he talks about focus. How well do we focus our efforts? Upon what do we focus our time? Finally, he discusses the spiritual dimension.
